Golf is Self-Mastery & Self-Discipline

When you start golf lessons, it might be surprising to hear that you will get in touch with your body. Compared to other sports, in golf you’re trying to change a physical movement that’s engrained. Even though we don’t lose that physical movement, we are trying to replace it and that’s about retraining our minds and body.

When you are attempting to master something new you want to recall the correct motion – not the incorrect one.  Mastery is about being willing to do the same thing over and over and over again. Very few people are naturals.  Incredibly – anecdotal estimates are that a mere 2-5% are naturals… the rest are required to invest in self-mastery of motion to make their golf game what it can be..
